This policy explains what Frankli collects through this website, why it is used, and what choices you have.
Information you choose to send
When you use the project inquiry form, request a sample through the sample request form, or email Frankli, you may provide your name, email address, company, website, the kind of help you need, and anything you include in your message.
How that information is used
Frankli uses the information to respond to your inquiry or send the sample you asked for, understand your project, decide whether the work is a fit, provide requested services, protect the website from abuse, and meet legal or administrative obligations.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes website requests and form submissions on Frankli’s behalf. Ahrefs provides the website’s visitor analytics. Email and other business-service providers may process information when needed to respond or deliver work. Frankli does not sell or rent the personal information you submit.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This website uses Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand visits in aggregate: pages viewed, the site that referred you, country, and device or browser type. It does not set cookies or build advertising profiles. The website does not use advertising pixels or paid-ad tracking. The hosting provider may also maintain standard server and security logs.
How long information is kept
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably useful for responding, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, securing the site, or meeting legal obligations. It may be deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing candi@tobefrankli.com. Some information may need to be retained where the law or legitimate business records require it.
Security and sensitive information
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Please do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, health information, or confidential client records through the website form.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Frankli does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change as the website or its tools change. The effective date above will be updated when a material revision is published.
